Marketplace Role
ZONGO may provide a marketplace where independent sellers list products for buyers. Sellers remain responsible for their products and listings unless expressly stated otherwise.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and do not impersonate another person or misuse another account.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for product legality, descriptions, pricing, stock, quality, packaging, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable law.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate order and delivery information and use lawful payment methods.
Orders and Payments
Orders may be subject to availability, payment authorization, fraud controls, delivery limitations, and other applicable conditions.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier availability, weather, traffic, security, destination, or other circumstances.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by the applicable ZONGO return policy and mandatory consumer rights.
Prohibited Use
Fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, manipulation, unlawful activity, counterfeit sales, harassment, and attempts to bypass marketplace controls are prohibited.
Intellectual Property
ZONGO branding, platform software, designs, ZONGO protected content belong to their respective owners. Sellers are responsible for having rights to uploaded content.
Suspension
ZONGO may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or listings when necessary to enforce policies, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
