What Is a Discount?
A discount reduces the applicable price under stated conditions.
Percentage Discount
A seller can reduce an eligible price by a percentage, such as 10% off.
Fixed Amount
A seller can reduce an eligible purchase by a fixed amount, such as ₦2,000 off.
Minimum Purchase
Some discounts require a minimum order value or quantity.
Product-Specific Discounts
A discount may apply only to selected products, variations, categories, or sellers.
Buyer Steps
1. Find an eligible offer. 2. Read its terms. 3. Add eligible items. 4. Enter a code if required. 5. Confirm the discount in the order summary. 6. Complete payment.
Seller Steps
Select an eligible product, choose the discount type, set the value and dates, review the resulting price, then publish.
Discount Limits
Offers may have maximum savings, limited stock, redemption limits, minimum quantities, or one-use-per-customer rules.
Discount Does Not Mean Free Delivery
A product discount does not automatically make delivery free. Delivery charges are calculated separately unless an offer explicitly says otherwise.
Combining Discounts
Multiple discounts may not be combined. The promotion terms or checkout will determine eligibility.
Invalid Codes
Expired, already-used, restricted, incorrectly entered, or ineligible codes may not apply.
Seller Compliance
Do not create artificial reference prices or misleading discount claims.
