Delivery charges may depend on pickup location, destination, parcel size or weight, service type, distance, courier availability, and other applicable charges.
Door-to-Door
Where supported, the parcel can be collected from the seller location and delivered to the buyer address.
Urban and Rural Coverage
Coverage may include cities, towns, and selected rural communities. Remote destinations may have different prices, routes, timelines, or availability.
Seller Pickup
Sellers must package the correct order securely and make it ready for pickup at the stated location.
Buyer Delivery
Buyers should provide a complete address and remain reachable for delivery coordination.
Estimated Times
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from traffic, weather, security, failed attempts, address problems, holidays, or courier capacity.
Failed Delivery
Additional action or charges may apply where delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal, or other recipient/sender issue.
Restricted Goods
Products restricted by law, courier rules, payment rules, or marketplace policy may not be shipped.
